Subject: Storing the big and unusual models?

6 months till bootcamp. I'm trying to find ways to store the following models.
3 stormravens
canis wolfborn
hellpit abomination
5 dreadnaughts
carnifex
GK terminators
Stormlord
Warp lightning cannon.
I am kind of stumped on how to store these bigger models. I found a tackle box that stores rhinos and chimeras perfectly (I have 20ish of those chassis combined).
I imagine I can sell some, but I would like not to.
Any clever solutions other than a box with packing peanuts?

What's wrong with bubblewrap and a carboard boxed marked "fragile"? Is there some reason that something more elaborate and/or expensive might be required?

The stormravens should be fine in bubble wrap. As well as the termies, carni, dreadnoughts, and stormlord. For the oddly shaped models, I would encase them in some great stuff. http://greatstuff.dow.com/?gclid=CP_OpqeQ4qwCFcHe4AodpV0Snw" target="_new" rel="nofollow"> http://greatstuff.dow.com/?gclid=CP_OpqeQ4qwCFcHe4AodpV0Snw. Its spray insulation. Just cover them in this stuff, put them in a box, and when you get home simply crack them open. Shouldn't be a problem.

Just to touch on what PraetorDave said,GreatStuff is an expanding foam insulation. It is super sticky, expands, and dry very solid. However, I must warn that there is the fact that if it gets on your minis, it will ruin anything that isn't protected. It will stick to painted surfaces and get into tight spaces. If you do go this route, you will first need to wrap the models in question with plastic wrap or something. Also be warned that once you do coat them in GreatStuff, you will have to cut them out of it. I can not recommend it to be used in this way.

I would suggest a few KR Card multicases. Their cheap for cases.
Their are what I and allot of people I know use for storing minis in at home - 3 for armies, 1 for FoW, 1 for Epic.

How about just renting a self storage unit?

Plano 1404 cases come with foam and are cheap enough that you can buy them en'masee to store your big stuff in.
Some ideas on how to modify them here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/362407.page
