You'll have to forgive the extraneous format I put the data into. Just needed it indexed and in 2 byte words for some conversion programs I have to work properly.
So far I've tried taking the decimal representation, applying mod 26, and then translating into letters, I've tried taking the ROT-13 of that, which made even less sense. The fact that there are so many repeating values are interesting. 0000 0089, 0000 005c, 4141 4141, and 4242 4242 are also repetitive.

it's not a single block of text, the half on the left is associated with that on the right. The 41 41 41 41 therefore is positioned in the same place as 42 42 42 42 in the other. That cannot be coincidence.

Yea I messed with it a bit last night, and I know literally nothing on code cracking. I did some things using photoshop, like cutting out like digits and then moving the group from the left, over the group from the right, and found oddly enough, that when you cut out like groups, and move the left section over the right, that the majority of the empty spaces on 1 side, leaves a space for a group to fill in on the other.
Or if you just take the left section over the right, there are a few groups that line up perfectly while the majority of the rest just meshes into WTF is that stuff. So, there maybe thatll help someone. Just buy me a Thraka resin mini if I helped you get the job
