I currently have 6 classic Raiders, and in an instance I want to play ravagers, or if an Apoc game comes around I'll likely want to field all 6 as ravagers.

So I have designed a set of plates to switch between raider and ravager. These and the other 2 lance will be magnetised.

My question is - how does the first 'draft' look?
It will be layered card to give it the 3D detail.

It'll be from this:

Any suggestions / contructive critisicm welcome.

I have now printed the sheets for it. Need to dig out some card for it.

If anyones interested - here's the sheets I'm using:

There will be sprue 'supports' stuck to the back of it to hold the magnets.

As far as scratchbuild Ideas go, this is commendeable, as in: Very creative and executed in a very, very impressionably good way.

However, the actual sculpt of the new Raider/Ravager is superior, imho.

I don't want to be human! I want to see gamma rays! I want to hear X-rays! And I want to - I want to smell dark matter! Do you see the absurdity of what I am? I can't even express these things properly because I have to conceptualize complex ideas in this stupid limiting spoken language! But I know I want to reach out with something other than these prehensile paws! And feel the wind of a supernova flowing over me! And I can know much more! I can experience so much more. But I'm trapped in this absurd body!

Thanks.

And I know, it's a nicer sculpt, BUT my existing 2 Raiders were classic models, and I picked up a further 4 for only £30 (or £7.50 a raider).
Plus I feel it fits better with my coven being slightly bulkier etc.

Long story short - I'm poor.

Though doing this 6 times (possibly another 2-3 times later as I have some more old DE models in storage that I'll likely be getting back early next year) is going to be so, so much fun.

And of course I need to go buy more magnets as I only have 7-8 left and this project will require around 30 more.

If anyone can reccomend a decent supplier of magnets that'd be great, I'm currently getting from here:

Have you got just one completed yet for an idea of how this is going to look?
I like old models being updated.
