I just found out that tier lists are put into the No Quarter magazine sometimes. Particularly, for trollbloods Borka has one that makes Boomhowler & Co. and Gudrun the Wanderer to be in-faction models
I ordered the magazine (that one is NQ#38) but here is a link to where someone has outlined the various tier lists that have been put into it. If you want to try any of them out, you'll probably want to get the appropriate issue to show your opponent you're not cheating

There's a simpler alternative: It's the burden of the player using the Tier list to provide a copy of the tier list, whether it's out of the forces books or out of the magazine.
Also available from DriveThruRPG and RPGNow, as legitimate PDF's, if you don't want to buy a physical magazine or wait for the mail.

Eh? That's what RiTides said.

I'm a big fan of Bad Seeds from 36. It's the Trencher list I've always wanted with the caster I've always wanted to use it with.

Already seen it Just not been at my standard laptop until now.
But yeah, interestingly enough, the Tier 3 list of Rhyas is his most interesting one. One unit of swordsmen, and Typhon, and you get all the bonuses.
I want to add in a scythean, and possibly a unit of Warspears or just "regular" Ogrun.
The only annoying part about his list is the large ammount of new models I'd have to buy to get it to where I'd like. Heck, I would have to buy them ALL.
And convert Rhyas some, because I don't like her pose. Likewise with the swordsmen, those gigantic goblinoid heads would just have to go. And heads are always very, very annoying to find suitable replacement for.
But yes, that list is interesting enough to make me want to download that PDF, and go buy them models.
At least I'll get a typhon and a Scyth, to complete my lovely, lovely Abby list =)

Wait, did you just infer that you have an Abby list without Typhon and a Scythean? I'm sorry sir, I will need you to hand over your Legion until this issue is corrected. Thank you for your cooperation.

I do, it is really a shame =(
But right now, my list stands only at 25 points and is a forsaken short. As such, I do not have the tier list, nor do I have a scythean or typhon. I went with the carnivean over a scythean as an innitial purchase on advice from the Geek Squad currently in the store (don't get me wrong, I am usually the go-to geek squad in stores where I am a regular and have experience with the games in there, I love helpful geek-squad guys =D). Later, however, I played a demo game, with a scythean, and I do quite like him.
For 35 points, it looks like the carnivean will go in favour of typhon and a scythean. But right now? In my 25 point no-tier? No, I do not own them
