...Okay. First, the XV-22 is supposed to be an experimental suit in development, if you really want to make an Elites squad out of them they really ought to be 0-1 and have a small squad size.
Second, the Swordfish isn't really a new tank, it's a Hammerhead with a twin-linked main gun. The fact that the Hammerhead only has one Railgun suggests there may be power-supply inhibitions on sticking two Railgun barrels on one tank (I know someone is about to point out that there are Crisis suits with two Railgun barrels, that can be explained by observing the differences in secondary systems a tank has to support versus a battlesuit), in any case the concept doesn't really add anything to the army. Consider what would happen if you proposed a completely new Space Marine tank that was just a Predator with a twin-linked autocannon: it would be silly.
Third, the XV-30 is an absurd concept from the background perspective. You've stuck three weapon systems and two support systems on a suit with a mass class of 3, suits with a mass class of 2 can support two systems, while those with a mass class of 8 can support three systems. There isn't really room for an intermediate-size suit in the rules system. Plus, Seeker missiles to date are only vehicle-mounted gear, there is no precedent for putting them on something that doesn't have an armor value.
Fourth, Vral is absurdly overarmed (he doesn't have a multi-tracker, so he can only fire one of his five guns every turn), he's carrying a tank gun on a normal XV-8 suit, and he's got one of the most broken special rules I've ever seen. If you really want to use this character, I'd recommend toning him down a lot; drop his armament to the normal 2 guns and one support system Crisis suits are supposed to have, and alter the rule to make Crisis teams scoring instead of allowing them to be taken as Troops (and make sure there's a rule noting that he can't be taken in the same army as O'Shovah).
The Seeker Drones are an interesting concept, they're rather underpriced as-is (a Marker Drone is 30pts, you've taken a Marker Drone and tacked on a Seeker Missile), either hike the price to 40pts each or drop the markerlights (maybe you can take a mixed squad of Marker Drones and 20pt no-Markerlight Seeker Drones?).
The Great White isn't really necessary, it's so expensive nobody will take it in a regular game, and for only 100pts more (peanuts in Apocalypse) you can start buying Super-Heavy flyers. Plus a twin-linked railgun firing out it's ass seems like it's intended as a joke unit.
For those who are going to skip the exact details: the Swordfish and Great White are redundant and unnecessary, the XV-30 is a silly concept that should be scrapped, Vral, the Seeker Drones, and the XV-22 unit could work with some editing.

AnomanderRake couldn't have said it better.
You've got a vehicle that costs roughly the same as a railhead but is infinitely better, why would anyone take the standard Hammerhead with that available?
I have no issue with the XV22, though I imagine an Elite selections wouldn't be sharing leadership with others, that sounds a lot like a commander job.
The remaining choices all seem like you couldn't pick just one weapon, and so decided to stuff as many as you wanted onto a single suit or drone. Plus you gave the suits a 2+ armor save.
I have no comments on the apocalypse unit as I don't play it.
The theory that seems to be behind Tau suits is that for the most part they have limited equipment capacity and must select the appropriate loadout depending on expected mission. By adding the frankly ridiculous amount of weapons and support systems, you have removed that element of flexibility.
Yes it could be argued that they no longer need it with the amount of weapons you gave them, but so what? The new units are vastly undercosted if you give even a cursory glance at the wargear costs in the Codex, but to price them accurately would put them out of usability.
