I adore the little squigs, and I think that there is enough of them for them to have their own army list. (for pure whimsy, not for tournaments & stuff)

At deployment, you must choose from the two types of bomb squigs.
Either Bigboom squigs or 'ardboom squigs.
Whenever a Bomb squig takes an unsaved wound, comes within 3" of an enemy, or fails a LD test, the bomb explodes.
centre a template over the squig and resolve tis attack:
Bigboom: large blast S5 AP5
'ard boom S9 AP4 small blast

You could add Squigoths for heavy support and transports, here is an example
Squigoth Transport - 150 points
WS BS S T W A I LD Sv
3 0 6 7 5 3 110 6++
Wargear: Howda, Tusks(CCW)
Special Rules: Monstrous Charge,
Howda: A howda counts as open topped, and gives the Squigoth the ability to carry 20 embarked models, they can assault out of it, and shoot out of it, no matter what speed the squigoth has moved at, and even if it is locked in combat. Mangler Squigs counts as 3 models for transport purposes, If the squigoth is killed, tip the model on its side, as per wrecked transport rules, and disembark the unit, but do not take a pinning test.
Monstrous Charge: The Squigoth immediately moves 12 inches forward, as per tank shot rules, it makes all of its CC attacks at any unit it passes through, and they may try to attack back, as per death or glory, if this attack deals 1 or more unsaved wounds, the squigoth stops and is locked in combat with that unit.
Monstrous Invulnerability: Confers a 6+ invulnerable save
Upgrades:
Tusk Spikes + 20 points (Changes the tank shock attacks number from 3 to 3 + D3
Heavy Armour + 20 (Confers a 4+ armor save)
Any unit in the troops section may take the squigoth as a dedicated transport.

Nah.... Zogwort doesn't turn the enemy into squigs intended for the battlefield, he turns them into small, confused squigs. This army list is big, angry squigs.

Let's see....
better WS, because it was a character that was transformed, and his mind is the same (though he is surprised and unused to his new body)
the rest of the stats is rubbish (T2 anyone?) because it is a small squig, perhaps a oil squig?
LD; well, how brave would you be after being a mighty warrior one second and a tiny ugly animal the next?

burrowing squigs, a whole big unit of em that deepstrike and the blast is as large as the unit footprint. They automatically assault any unit they contact coming out of deepstrike.
and have a rule where a part of the battlefield falls into the "hole" they make. So models over the footprint remain on the board locked in combat, but even if they win combat, they are pinned for a turn after defeating the squigs because they are climbing out of a hole. So no matter the unit, they will get automatically tarpitted because they have to climb out of a hole.
500 point paladin unit having to spend a turn to climb out of a hole. I don't know what it would do to tanks, I'll let you guys worry about that.

Psyker, has Power Storage.
Power Storage: This psychic power can be used once each turn, when Wizzbang is hit by a shooting attack (this can be a psychic shooting attack). If the psychic test is successul, ignore the shooting attack and put a power token on Wizzbang. When Wizzbang has one or more power token, during each friendly shooting phase, Wizzbang makes one shooting attack towards each unit within 6" (friendly and enemy), with this profile:
Range: 6" S: 3 + number of power tokens AP: 6 - number of power tokens Assault X
