This is what Dakka looks like for me at the moment. I have tried all the other themes and only Dakka 2012 appears this way. I'm using Firefox 8.0 and Windows XP.

In your browser, go to Tools>Options>Content and under 'Fonts and Colours select 'Colours'... Make sure that the box labelled "Allow pages to choose their own colours, instead of my selections above' is checked.

I checked the "Advanced" and "Colours" options in "Fonts and Colours", and the box was ticked in both instances. I've refreshed the page to be sure (ctrl+f5) but nothing's changed.

That is quite crazy. Press ctrl-shift-J to bring up the debugger, click 'clear', then reload the forum page (and just the forum page, and just once), Then if anything comes up, right click to copy them and put them into a post here.

If nothing comes up, it is some odd quirk of your local system setup (and that is by far the most likely source of the problem too).

So I got these:

Warning: Error in parsing value for 'border'. Declaration dropped.
Source File: http://www.dakkadakka.com/s/c/style-mt.compressed2.css
Line: 77

Warning: Error in parsing value for 'height'. Declaration dropped.

Line: 246

Neither of which sound like they're related to font colour :(

Hmm. If I switch to another profile on my computer, then switch back to this one, the correct colours appear - but only on the currently displayed area of the forum. Refreshing or scrolling reverts the colours back. Does that offer any suggestion as to what might be going on?

Seems it's an issue with firefox. Things display normally in chrome. I'll try reinstalling it and see if that helps.
