Hi there,
I'm thinking about starting a DE army and I was hoping that some people could give advice on their use.
I thought that I might start one as I love the models and I really like the large amount of poisoned weapons.

Thor665 has GREAT tactics/advice for beginners and vets to DE, just look up his tactica on here and you'll be set.

Yes, if Thor gives advice, LISTEN
Like most tactics though, they might be a bit of a YMMV thing, but looking his DE Tactica page is a great way to start.

Also, what style are you going for? Haemonculus Coven? Wych Cult? Warrior Kabal? Are there any particular IC's that you like the most?

Letting us know what style you like will help us quite a bit

The most important advantage the Dark Eldar have over everyone else is their transports. Open-topped Fast Skimmers give your close-combat troops an absurdly long charge range, let your shooty forces hit the enemy from anywhere, and let you throw your entire army against the other guy's weak flank. Most everything needs to have a transport.

Balanced Game: Noun. A game in which all options and choices are worth using.
