Hmm don't know about tv shows but as far as movies go i'd have to say Tokyo Gore Police. Watched it at a mates place a while back. He had a pirated copy that was in japenese but didnt have English subs so we're sitting there more then a little weirded out by whats going on in this whack ass japenese movie. I got a proper subbed version later on and it made much more sense.
Worth a watch if your not too squimish.

There are some who walk until their legs fail them and they fall to the ground. I find that respectable.
Then there are those who drag themselves further. I find that admirable.

I've been sick for a couple days now, watching the craziest things I can find while combining Nyquil, highness and fever hallucinations for equal parts amusement and scientific purposes, and this is by far the single weirdest thing I have seen ever. After about an hours worth of research, that guy is absolutely nuts.

Scary gak.
We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.
Oh i just thought of the weirdest show i've ever seen.
Boohbahs.
So not only does this strange ball of light inexplicably cause all the children in the land to jump continuously, it also tickles them in stange places... This show seems to be aimed at kids who take powerful hallucinogens.
Spoiler:
OK this one watch until about 1:40 - 1:50 then skip ahead to about 3:10.
The Mighty Boosh is pretty odd...

Yeah, definitely this. It isn't weird in the way that lots of shows in this list are weird, because all those shows are trying to be weird so when something happens that make no sense, it happens in the context of it being a show where things are supposed to happen that make no sense.
But The View is meant to be people talking about current affairs, and it appears lots of people tune in thinking that's what is going on. Then you get this stream of utter nonsense spewing out of the mouths of these women, that's isn't so much wrong as just completely nonsensical. I've never seen more than about 5 minutes of that show, but each time I've been left unsure of my place in a cold, uncaring universe.
“We may observe that the government in a civilized country is much more expensive than in a barbarous one; and when we say that one government is more expensive than another, it is the same as if we said that that one country is farther advanced in improvement than another. To say that the government is expensive and the people not oppressed is to say that the people are rich.”
