I swear, you Brits just know how to do good music right. While fumbling through link after link on youtube looking for music, I stumbled on these guys and Im damn impressed. Ive been going on for about 2 hours now and only found very few of their tunes I didnt like (not to mention, I think LegoBurner might be the lead singer ) So what are some good albums by this band? I really would like to know more about them.

Inabsentia is a great album.

Ther Incident is like Rush's 2112 but longer.

Fear of a Blank planet is great as well!

EDIT: Also, much respect for the good music choice!

They sound a little like Opeth. A little bit mellower then i usualy like but not bad. I shall have to investigate this band futher. Thanks for putting these up KC.

Dear GOD! I found a band....that DAKKA doesnt know of? Theyve been around for a pretty long time, since around 92 from what their website says. Infact after listening to them for awhile, I found a song by them that I remembered hearing when I was younger that I never had a clue who did the song, turns out it was them So I guess by default, Ive been a fan for over a decade.

Anywho, you all are welcome. Bow to my awesomeness

Funny you say that, I guess the leader singer/major talent of the band produced some of Opeths work

I almost always agree with Albatross, I can't see why anyone wouldn't.

Okay, so the male version of "Cougar" is now officially "Albatross".

I'm guessing you missed this as well then!

I love them, I think Trains is my favourite song by them.

Funnily enough, I used to be in a band that wasn't a million miles away from them in terms of style. I tend to prefer modern post-rock as opposed to modern prog-rock, purely because I love old-school prog so much.

I don't mind them, but I wouldn't say that I love their stuff.

To me, many of their songs remind me of Pink Floyd. Now Im not comparing them to Pink Floyd mind you, because personally, I think that would be an incredibly hard thing for a band to do. But still, they have some similarities

You mean that the feeling that they're songs have is a bit like Pink Floyd's or...? To me their a bit like the type of band you'd find in a student bar, ie alright to have strumming away in the background, but I wouldn't go out of my way to go to one of their gigs. They're just rather mehish. =/
