I like the posing and the paintjob looks decent, though it seems to me like they can use some brighter highlighting on areas like the 'ring' of the torso surrounding the head

The dark metal is Boltgun Metal with a heavy wash of Badab Black. I wanted my Grey Knights to look somewhat muted in color.
