I doubt you'll find a larger model count for the money, and even at 115 I'm taking 50 less than I'd like.

Hmm, I think I could let my Tyranids go for 115.

I have something like:

24 Hormagaunts
24 Genestealers (Actually I think I have more but there's AT LEAST 24)
24 Spinegaunts
12 Termagants (plus maybe 10 more unbuilt and unpainted)
2 Zoanthropes (Newer style, metal)
4 Carnifexes (1 with magnetic arms, 1 with devourers, 1 with talons, 1 with Venom/Barbed Strangler)
1 Hive Tyrant with no arms but I have the bits to put whatever arms you want on there
3 Winged Tyranid Warriors (aren't they called Shrikes now?)
A few (I'm not sure how many) Tyranid Warriors with no arms but all bits to build them out

EDIT: Oh yes, there's a metal Broodlord in there too. The one with the "I HUG YOU" pose

Yes, this is a 4th edition list but it's a lot of stuff to get you started. It is all painted and based to a nice standard. It won't win any "best painted" awards but it looks OK. I can send pics if you want.

This would retail at over $450 and can make a 1700 point army. Pretty solid deal considering they have a new book on the way.

I don't think it's dumb, man. In fact I think it's great. I was just chuckiling at the pitch that's all. And using your logic, those that assign the least monetary value to their models are the winners. I am just applying a little game theory and psychology. Congrats on your acquisition. You got a heck of a deal.
