But the Dark Angel vet pack comes with some. I think the Black Templar conversion pack may as well. So there are extra ones floating around.

You can also buy metal shoulderpads from GW, trim down the plastic of the shoulder a little with a hobby knife or clippers. Then use a round file or the outside of the clippers to press/spread inside the metal shoulderpad to expand & flatten it a little, and it'll fit the terminator shoulder pretty well.

About ten or twenty seconds' work. It takes longer to describe than to do. I think it looks pretty good. Of course mine, with the light armor and dark shoulderpad, make it more obvious. If you go dark on dark or light on light it will be less noticeable.
