So I was checking out Vassal to try to get a game in with a girl I know (  ), but when I went to the 40K Vassal Module, it says that it is unavailable due to the "Copyright Holders wishes".
Is it possible to get ahold of 40K Vassal, or is it now unavailable?

The module is on its own site now. From what I understand, they went through a long period of inactivity due to GW lawyers shutting them down, but as they weren't making money off of it, it eventually came back. (And, y'know, they might have actually gotten some business for GW by giving people an opportunity to play without need to buy models straightaway)
At least, that's what I heard. I could be wrong.

I think you can find it in other places with a quick google, but it might not be the most up to date version.

I was the head of the team for a long time.
You just draw them with Pain, Photoshop or Gimp.
Modifing existing ones is the easiest way.
