Well I've completed the last of the foot soldiers, but problem is my camera died last time I picked it up to take some pictures. Flicked the switch and *clunk chick dink vvvvvrt* no more camera. So now my update will have to wait until I have an operational camera that takes decent pictures.

Did you check the batteries?

Lol - yes that was the first thing. And I wont' tell you were the batteries I used to test the camera came from lol. It's definitely a dead camera.

On the subject of updates - I've also finally thought of a way to do obliterators - Ogryn servitor style dudes with a stompa-esque mega energy cannon on one arm that incorporates a variable power mode weapon, and the other arm with some kind of CCW that would represent power fist, lightning claw or power weapon - can't remember the exact stats but you get what I mean.

Something for me to keep in mind as I progress through the rest of this army

Finished another vehicle today - there's only one vehicle left in the army that has not been painted. Amazingly this army is almost completed finished! Nice!

Hey Sugna - yeah saw that post - sorry I didn't reply I haven't been back on here all that often lately... Been trying to sort out stuff as it's been so busy in these parts.

Spawn idea is cool but out of character for my army. It needs to carry itself on mechanical legs But for now I'll settle for having finished painting everything unpainted in the Iron Giants army. It's all done, hopefully I'll get a camera (and some time) to rustle up some pics for y'all.

I've got to ask, what kind of silver / metalic spray have you been using to basecoat? I'm curious to try it to speed up some painting. I'm in NZ, hopefully I'll be able to find it at bunnings or what not.

Can't give you pics - I hate posting blurry pics. And blurry is the best I can pull off with my camera phone. It doesn't focus on the macro at all which sucketh to the power of 10.
