The Orks just set up in a big ol' horde.

I put the captain in the LR Redeemer, and the termies and sang. priest in the Stormraven.
Both the Redeemer and normal LR were placed in reserve.

Turn 1

As the Orks all lumbered forwards, without any battle plan, I moved the Stormraven 12" towards the enemy, shooting its weapons empty at the Orks, killing both a Trukk and 8 boyz! To further increase the pain, the squad inside the Trukk got 8 casualties! My dad wasnt very lucky today...

Turn 2

...Or was he? In the 2nd turn, the Vulcha Squad stormboyz came in, led by boss Zagstruk, they landed near the Stormraven, but I was lucky enough they couldnt charge it.
In respond to this attack, the Stormraven moved a few inches towards the Stormboyz, and the terminators and sang. priest charged the Xenos. The sang. priest was killed straight away by boss Zagstruk, but the Termies stood firm, and killed 8 stormboyz.

Turn 3

The battle continued, and Boss Zagstrukk killed a terminator, but his stormboyz didnt do anything except attacking, trying to wound and fail to hit thanks to the Terminaor Armoured enemies in front of them. Ofcourse, some of tose stormboyz died (5, it was).
The Stormraven moved away, shooting at the battlewagon, and immobelising it! The warboss and his boyz would now be much slower..

Turn 4

..and standing ready to get hit by the LR Redeemer, who deep strike'd in front of them. The battle against Stormboyz was getting better, as boss Zagstruk got a wound and 7 of his stormboyz died! There were only 2 of his guard now.. Unfortunately, one of the Terminators died.
As the Warboss and his nobz made a tactical retreat, the LR Redeemere moved a bit towards them, disembarked the tactical squad and captain and launched some frag bits in them.
The Warboss died straight away, as did 4 of his nobs, but they killed 3 tactical troopers in return. Next turn, please.

Turn 5

With most of the Orks still moving towards me, I was happy that the normal LR arrived, securing a nice fire position.
Boss Zagstruk and his Stormboyz were wiped out, and the Stormraven continued firnig at some Orks.
The tactical squad and captain finished off the Orks, and the LR Redeemer moved towards the Orks.

At turn 5, the game ended. I had won!

Any suggestions for future battles?

Depends what forces you have available.

I have 3 tactical squads, captain, LR redeemr, LR, storrave, dreadnought, terminators, sanguinary guard and some lego-build things to replace minis until I have bought them
