Which army in WHF do you dislike most of all, can be fore whatever reason

Personally my least favorite army is Dwarfs, without Storm of Magic their gameplay involves no magic and no monsters, which are two of my favorite parts of WHF, their models I generally find unattractive (too much beard) and I dislike how slow they move and how their required to be played defensively most of the time.

How about you?

I just hate HE because of how boring they are. Though I just dislike Chaos Dwarves because their players stubbornly refuse to admit that it is not a real book.

I dislike orcs and goblins in ANY setting, and have never enjoyed undead either.

I voted for gobbos.

I hate dwarfs because they're refered to as stunties and thus they remind me that I'm only 5'1" and everyone else I know is at least 6'+

I like all the armies tbh. I picked DoC because I guess I like them least but I think all the armies are very well done.

I voted Ogre Kingdoms but Daemons are up there as well. Both because no one asked for these books and there are other better armies waiting for updates while GW farts around with these two. A waste of time and effort IMO.

Hey Johnny Crass...you cant say that anymore.. Chaos Dwarf players now have a current official list. Its a real army again ALL HAIL TO HASHUT!!!

I forgot about that book..... If I start seeing CDs at my local tournys again I am going be cross. We just talked our only one into playing real dwarves just recently

Your stuff is going out Tues btw...and I wouldnt expect too many of them to pop up. The models are expensive and only available from FW right now ( I know cause I just ordered $650 worth). Not to mention they went from a horde army to a small elite army. Over pointed really....but meh....personally I hate everything Orc...Ork or any other angry plant that wants to throw down. Although I do have night goblins

Kingdoms was one of the older books.

I voted HE. ASF+silver wand+teclis+D6 PD banner is just letting an army get out of control.

As a modeller and fluff nut i like all the armies, but i voted brets as they're the most bland IMO.

I don't even think of Brettonians as an army because I haven't seen one in a zillion years.

I think HE are pretty cheese.

Of the books I have, I think I look at Empire the least, because it's dull. Beastmen are probably the next most boring. They're like sissy ogres without all the cool stuff and personality. And I think they have only one good model (minos). The new monsters are cool looking, but their stats are sucky.

I don't get the Chaos Dwarf hate, their like Dwarfs, but with the issues I have with the stunties gone (monsters, magic and even bigger war machines, and you don't have to always play defensively)

Not to mention their as legit as any other army with their own army list, and their models in general are gorgeous, the only downside to them is their armies are a bit more overpriced than other armies, but other than that no real issues

But whatever

Kingdoms was one of the older books.

OK was created as an army instead of Chaos Dwarves back in 6th edition. No one asked for them, and plenty of people asked for CD's. Then OK got updated before other armies that need it much more.

While I like the new Ogre models, the army itself can go suck it.

DoC get my vote, but not as an army concept, more as it's represented on the table. Probably the most mindmeltingly boring book, a total mismatch with what CHAOS is supposed to be and act like. In many ways I feel the same about the WoC book, but at least there there are quite a few options, people are just uninterested in pursuing them just about all the time

I voted high elves because they just don't feel exciting (fluff-wise) to me. At least dark elves are pirates and wood elves are militant hippies.

The VC book, so glad it's getting redone. Doesn't reward good play at all, just abuses game mechanics.

Invo/Van Hels spam is incredibly frustrating, and bleach drinkingly stupid. Same goes for any item combo that lets you get WS10 infantry, at least with Light magic you have to first roll the spell and then cast it.

My vote goes to Dark Elves as I dislike the Hydra's/unkillable dread lords.

Assuming Special Characters allowed then High Elves and Demons top the list.

I voted Lizardmen. Out of all the armies I think that they are the most bland. Outside of the Slann, there is absolutely nothing interesting about their background.

I also think the whole concept of humanoid reptiles is a bit too silly (even for Warhammer). It's like a game designer flipped to a random page of a Dungeons and Dragons manual and decided to base an entire army on one of the half-baked monsters he saw. Maybe we should have any army of dog-men or cat people next!

I pretty much find all of the armies have something that interest me. I chose WoC because despite the excellent models, I hate having Tzeentch be the god of ward saves, Nurgle has become the god of only those who enjoy converting, they have some of the most annoying magic item/Eye of the Gods combos, and they only do melee really.
Sad because I really liked Hordes of Chaos (even though they needed shooting then too).

+1 to Lizards, but mainly because **** Scar Vets.

No argument from me, i've had my scar vets do brutal things to WoC knights even.

This just until I do my own Lizards army of course
