I have the Finecast model of Ghaz.

The bosspole on Ghaz is constantly snapping off. The primary point is where the pole meets the mega armor. How can I get the bosspole to stick without having to reglue it every single time that it does snap?

How thick is the pole? Drill it out and pin it. Most thin pieces have problems like that. A little pinning does wonders.

That's a good idea. I'll have to borrow my friend's pinning kit.

Replace the pole.

Cut off the header and drill it out to fit 1mm brass rod.
Drill hole in ghaz to fit 1mm brass rod (go at least 5mm in).

Cut brass rod to suitable length (Use proper wire-cutters for this, not your sprue-clippers).
Glue together.

It's what I did for my IG roughrider lances (which are made from 1mm brass rod) and plastic speartips with grenades kludged onto them.

Also the SM dreadnoughts that I used to have with banners had the soft white metal pole replaced the same way.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

Agreed, that's what I had to do w/ ragnar blackmane. As if 1 banner pole wasn't bad enough, the guy had to have 2 of em? Does not lend itself well to gaming or transport.
