I am Planning on Doing a Angelic themed army from the game Darksiders (TM) And I wasn't sure what rules set to use, I was thinking maybe Blood angels, as the standard troops be used as sanguinary guard, the Leader Abbadon used as the sanguinor, the Female Archangel Uriel used as Dante, The Angelic Champions used as a furioso Dreadnoughts modelled with sword and shield. The Storm Wardens treated as Attack Bikes, With Multi Meltas and I would like to incorporate an Angelic Beast in there somewhere but I don't know what to use it as. All these Models would be converted to look like that actual Characters but I Just Don't know what rules set to use, The other idea was Necrons, Making the Standard Warriors Plaetorians with rods of covenant so they are power weapons and shooting attacks but there is no way to make them a troops choice. Any advice would be greatly welcomed, One last note this is not meant to be competitive just fun and nice to own

I got that for Christmas. I haven't played it yet, so I am leaving you with this comment.

It is surprisingly similar to Space marine. You stun an enemy, press Circle (on the Ps3) and exxecute then, killing them instantly and regaining health.

It actually is very similar to Space Marine, but then again they were both published by THQ.

I think Blood Angels would work very well.

I as well would suggest Blood Angels. The fast tanks could be a representation of the gryphons and modeled, or painted, with wings on them. The dropship as well would make a good "gryphon" with troop carrying, Dev teams can represent the larger angels with the death rays or dreads with plasma

Yeah, The Larger angels with guns are going to be attack bikes, 2 Wounds and a multi melta, and can move 12" a turn, I think it's quite close to the actual thing, for the Larger angels with shield and sword I wasn't sure whether to use furioso dreadnaughts with wings or sanguinius or a Death Company Dreadnought
