The Grey Knight Codex says he defeated M'kar the Reborn on Acralem the first time in 799.M41. 200 yrs to the day (999.M41) he returned and got trapped in the warp. He return ages later. Would this not mean it would be 000.M42 or later?

Probably yes.
But his return would mean that Grey Knights can stay incorruptible even in Warp and Draigo would then probably launch a crusade into the Eye of Terror.
