Just trying to decide whether it would be worth me setting up a Project Log for a New Army - WOOD ELVES

I really like the models and have a lot stored a way at the moment, the issue I have is that I do not drive and transporting a large army on Public Transport to games is a royal pain. So after a little digging about discovered a couple of Article's by Womblejim about creating Plastic Eternal Guard and Plastic Treekin which gave me the idea to convert Wardancers and hopefully eventually some Plastic Eagle Conversions.

I will be building the army to a theme, which may or may not be disclosed.

So yes just trying to see where I should post my Plog

Ta for looking

Well, my guess would be the P&M forum http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/forums/show/56.page

But great to hear a Wood Elf player start playing - there are so few off those around these days and I just love half their models (the rest are very old and 80s ).

Cheers, and good luck with your Plog

I was indicating whether to bother posting it on this site or elsewhere based on the feedbsck I get off this thread

I for one would follow a P&m thread on your Wood Elves with great interest, I always thought that Fantasy didn't have much in the P&M section.

After a weekend of hobby I should set one up myself as should have everything converted but will still be WIP shots as my greenstuff skills are limited (still getting the hang of tabards and cloaks!)

+1. I would keep tabs on it too. Always a fan of wood elves, conversions, and plastics.

Perhaps it would inspire me to get my own WE back on their dexterous feet. If you don't mind my asking, where did you find the pastic treekin conversions?

You're welcome.

I have been tempted by the Curse of Nehekhara so will be building Tomb Kings next. I have a list up and will be creating a Plog but as the restless dead
