There are 1269 points so far, so i have 215 point floating around. I could Include another group of long fangs with 5 ml's and some then distribute 75 points, but I wanted to see what my favorite 40k forum had to say about it!

I would take a dreadnought and depending on what points are left I would get a land speeder or two.

I usually foot slog it. There are two main ways I build them the first being a shooty dread but your long fangs should have that covered. the other way I build it is with a wolf tooth necklace then i give it either an autocannon or a twin-linked lascannon depending on my opponent. it can move forward and do some serious damage to high targets like vehicles making it so the long fangs might not have to waste their shots on something like a rhino and go for better things. you could also give it the flamer if you think it will be helpful. after usually two turns of moving and shooting he is in assault range. the good thing about this is that he can take out most troops unless they have things like melta-bombs or power fists.

Should work out good against a good chunk of armies, after a few trial and error games you can tweak it up depending on how it actually works out.

The priests need a chooser as it bumps the bs which is great for the sw powers.
You are paying 25 for a powerfist with 2 attacks, if you put it on the wolf guard and stick a power weapon in the grey hunters you get 3 pf hits and 3 pw hits. More guarenteed kills.
You should drop 2 grey hunters so you cn mount up the priests in the rhinos giving you the ability to shoot move and keep the priests from getting picked off.
Now armour 14 is a problem for you so maybe some twin linked laz razorbacks for the long fangs, it gives you a reroll and punches through the tough plate.
I'd drop the landspeeder tbh, if you rework the points i think you can have a very decent list

By very decent I mean a massive pain in the ass to beat in a tournament, which is what we all want to be :p
I think you have another 10 points spare which lets you have the 2 choosers of the slain.

If it were me, I'd drop a single Grey Hunter and the Dreadnought and take 2 1 Land Speeder units with Multi-Meltas. I love Assault Cannons but the MM are just more reliable and the Land Speeders are pretty much guaranteed to get one shot of at least. They're better tank hunters and you need something better for AV14 than driving up point blank to the Land Raider/Leman Russ.

I wouldnt put powerfists on your standard grey hunters at 25 points a model - they will only get 2 attacks on the charge / counter with them. Put them on the wolf guard instead they will get 3 attacks charge/counter for 20 points.
Id stick choser of the slain on both Rune priests so you can get more hits with lightning and murderous and deny a huge bubble around your long fangs to outflanking enemies.
Maybe take a couple of units of wolf scouts with a meltagun and attached wolfguard with combimelta / powerfist - they can come in and really spoil the day of the enemies long range firesupport.

I'd mostly like to echo what liturgies of blood said. His advice is pretty spot on, and at that point it would come very close to the list I run at 1,500.
The one difference that I would like to point out is that Mark of the Wulfen is mathematically better than a Power Weapon given average rolls, so for the same price, take a Power Fist on the Wolf Guard and Mark of the Wulfen in the Grey Hunter packs, then drop a guy from each pack so the Rune Priests can ride with them.
For reference, here is the base 1,500 list I've been running:
Rune Priest (Meltabombs, Living Lightning, Jaws) - 105
5 Wolf Guard (3x Power Fist, 5x Combi-Melta) - 175
5 Wolf Scouts (Meltagun, Meltabombs) - 110
8 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Wolf Standard, Mark of the Wulfen, Rhino) - 185
8 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Wolf Standard, Mark of the Wulfen, Rhino) - 185
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ TL Las) - 155
5 Grey Hunters (Meltagun, Razorback w/ TL Las) - 155
6 Long Fangs (5 Missiles, Razorback w/ TL Las) - 215
6 Long Fangs (5 Missiles, Razorback w/ TL Las) - 215
Total 1,500
I only take a single Rune Priest at this points level (There aren't enough points to give him a chooser, but if you want you could drop one of the Meltaguns on a Razorback squad down to a Flamer to take the Chooser), and sometimes I drop the Wolf Scouts to upgrade him to Njal Stormcaller, but otherwise the list serves as a pretty standard baseline that I occasionally alter slightly in one way or another. The 3rd pack in your initial list is broken into two smaller packs in order to fit a pair of Razorbacks with TL Lascannons, and another pair of Razorbacks are attached to the Long Fangs. This gives the list some ranged suppression fire against AV14 and allows your Rhinos to close with the enemy. The Lascannons won't usually wreck AV14, but they can shake/stun it without too much trouble. The Wolf Scouts help push vulnerable vehicle squadrons forward, like Basilisks and Leman Russ's, making them easier to hit with Missiles/Lascannons, and putting them in striking distance of the Grey Hunters. They serve a similar purpose on the battlefield to the Podding Dreadnought in your earlier posts, but they bring a psychological element to the game that I find very useful.
Hope that helps!

Looks good to me! Plenty of anti-tank and a solid body of Grey Hunters. Your units either are fast enough or have long enough range that you can threaten anything on the board really. I don't think much could be done to this to make it better.

Almost spot on, but there are a few things that could be re-arranged to make the list more effective. I'd change it to this:
HQ-110
Rune Priest-110
Living Lightning, Tempests Wrath, Chooser of the Slain
Removed the Boltgun, WTT and Meltabombs. The Boltgun will never be fired, and a Runic Weapon is a one handed weapon so having a Bolt Pistol means the Rune Priest gets an extra attack in combat. The Meltabombs and Wolf Tail Talisman should only be taken if you have leftover points at the end. Additionally, I might consider taking Jaws in place of Tempest's Wrath. With the release of the Necron Codex, it's arguably the best weapon in the game for dealing with their annoying special characters that self-repair.
Elites-282
4 Wolf Guard-172
4 Power Fists, 4 Combi-Meltas
5 Wolf Scouts-110
Meltagun, Meltabombs
The Wolf Scouts should have Meltabombs, and adding another Wolf Guard to join them will give you some extra punch against vehicles if your Meltaguns fail to do any damage. The Power Fist lets them compete in combat to at least some degree so if you don't have a great vehicle target you can go after any long ranged units holding up the rear, or potentially tie up an enemy unit holding an objective.
Troops-555
8 Grey Hunters-185
Melta, Wolf Standard, Mark of Wulfen, Rhino
8 Grey Hunters-185
Melta, Wolf Standard, Mark of Wulfen, Rhino
8 Grey Hunters-185
Melta, Wolf Standard, Mark of Wulfen, Rhino
Power Weapons aren't necessary. For the cost they don't add enough extra punch, and in this case the points are better spent on the above mentioned Wolf Guard for the Wolf Scouts. Additionally, having room in every transport for the Rune Priest to ride is a good idea in case his transport gets wrecked or immobilized, so I removed the 9th Grey Hunter from the last unit.
Fast Attack-120
Land Speeder-60
Multi-Melta
Land Speeder-60
Multi-Melta
I'd love to add Heavy Flamers to these, but there really aren't enough points to do it in this list. I still think you would be better off dropping these and splitting that 3rd pack of Grey Hunters in half and giving them Razorbacks, but that's your decision. As it stands, these aren't bad, just not ideal.
Heavy Support-430
6 Long Fangs-215
5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/ Twin-linked Lascannon
6 Long Fangs-215
5 Missile Launchers, Razorback w/ Twin-linked Lascannon
No change here. This is perfect
Overall those adjustments get rid of some unnecessary extras in favor of a little boost where it's needed (IE the Wolf Scouts). Hope that helps!

You're insight is really in depth and I appreciate it, the only reason I want the Land Speeder's with the multi-melta's is because I don't REALLY trust strength 9 to destroy AV14 while I think 8+2d6 is MUCH more reliable. See what I'm saying?

Everything that's been said so far is excellent advice. As far as Aldarionn's suggestion about JotWW over Tempest Wrath I agree 100%. As you will only be able to use one power a turn, unless you were to upgrade to a MotRunes. Which most of the time is a waste of points especially in lower point games. On a side note Tempest wrath is usually the second power I take when I do upgrade my Rune Priest, so I do like the power but only if you can use two powers a turn.
