The banner is very well painted. Honestly I think you should cut the backpack-banner off though. It kind of messes up the focus of the model, and looks a bit silly to have a bloke holding a big banner while a smaller banner flutters over his own head. Just my opinion.

Thanks! I know it's redundant, but all of my PA HQ models have the back banner, and I want him to fit in.
