So basically, I want to be able to turboboost with Anrakyr turn 1 and use Mind in the Machine to take over an enemy vehicle, however, the new FAQ ruling says you cannot use a fire point to use wargear or special abilities that require line of sight. With that being said, it is an open topped vehicle, so their isn't really a firepoint.
Any thoughts on if this is legal or not?

First off, it's Flat -out. And as General_Chaos said there is already a thread on this topic. Somewhere. Not that hard to search for it.
Second, if he was on a bike (of some sort) and did Turbo-boost, he would not be able to do anything else in that turn. Automatically Appended Next Post: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/423670.page

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
