It does seems the best way to do it, is use some Green stuff for the flesh and some sturdy plastic for the claws.
Thanks for giving me the idea of converting some Flayed ones Necronmike, as I have some extra warrior kits and I am not shelling out £25 for 5 flayed ones. Thought I doubt I will use them on the TT it would be nice to make them.

I'm with you one the cost thing, I'd rather buy a Box of 12 warriors and convert them. I know it's not fine cast but once again I'm not totally sold on fine cast. We can buy a box of 12 warriors just as cheep as 5 flayed ones

What do like about the Necrons is the ease in which you can convert the basic (and cheapest models) warriors into most of the other units. Deathmarks, Flayed ones and cypteks are very easy to convert using the warriors, the left over parts from other boxs and abit of green stuff.

So I'm guessing people just use candles or some form of heat to heat up the legs and arms to make them soft enough to bend to reposition them?

You routine (though I have only done this a handful of times)

Cut the joint you want
File
Pose, then pinvice where you will need pinning
Pin, check gaps
Sculpt GS around gaps.
Tidy up
Pray it looks good.

The only reposed one I was vaguelly happy with to photo was this one:

I would do something like this method. The warrior legs shouldn't need much work but the arms will cause some problems. when I try this I will post my results.
