Subject: What should be my next 40k army?

Well I am close to finishing up on my 3rd Army (Orks) and now I'm currently wondering what my next army should be, now I already have a SM army and IG army, and I can't decide, but I want to say that I'm keeping out chapters like Blood Angels, Space wolves, Etc.

I have a plan to start and finish one army each year.
Armies Completed:
Space Marines (Ultramarines)
Imperial Gaurd 
Army I am currently working on:

Either nids, necrons or any eldar variant I would say. They are all very distinct from SM and IG, both appearance wise and gameplay wise.
Since you already have 2 T4 armies, eldar/dark eldar might be an interesting change.

Well you have 2 good armies and 1 neutral army, so why not join the dark side? Try out Dark Eldar or Chaos Daemons, you already have 1 marine army so no sense in starting another.

You know what I mean by good/bad, SM, Tau, IG, and Eldar are the gooder guys, while chaos, dark Eldar, and Nids are the worse guys

Eldar.
You have marines, which are tough and can shoot and CC well.
Guard? Shoot shooty.
Orks? Melee hordes.
Eldar are specialist and flimsy, though powerful. The tacticians army. For your 4th army, I suggest eldar.
