Hawaii can be pretty gloomy in and of itself. Being stationed out here sucks. Much rather be in England honestly.

Well, tbh, i think the suckyness may have more to do with being in the MC than just being in Hawaii (unless you find great weather, hot girls, beautiful scenery and good food to be gloom inducing) but i am biased. That said, if you make it down to OR on mondays or weekends i'd be glad to get in games with you! Keep your head up buddy. Also, check out Hawaiigamers.net to organize games with local guys, i know at least a couple of other military gamers who live around K-bay.

The scenery is beautiful, but I'll take the mountains in Alaska over them any day (not to mention I'll never to hike up them unless of my own volition.) And great weather isn't that great in cammies. The food is kinda overrated. I've had better food from the chow hall tbh. Thanks for the site! I'll be sure to check it.

Oh well, at least its temporary. I would imagine as far as deployments go you could do far worse but it is what you make of it.
