I was brainstorming on how to make a nice gladiator army for WHF. But there are no 28mm gladiator heads for human sized minis...However, I chanced on a Lego Gladiator helmet....Look at (photo shopped) pic....

Thoughts?

do it ! you could also convert some of the lego knights helms

I was thinking of ALL ogres to have this gladiator helmet.....

Lego detail is perhaps a little soft, but presumably you'll be adding dents and chips etc, so should look fine once painted. That's the only explicitly gladiator helmet I've seen (released in the previous set of solo minifigs IIRC?) but others may also be worth cnsidering, e.g. the legionary helmet in the current range, for some variety.

I got ther lego gladiator helmet & ogre min from ebay today. The lego helmet is WAY too big.....wont work.
