I'd advise going for the lascannon/plasma gun loadout on the Razorbacks; the increased accuracy on the lascannon isn't really significant when you've got the drop pod Grey Hunters and the Dreadnaught to take on tanks.
Overall, this looks like a versatile list that could handle many armies and situations. Good job.

Thanks for the advise, il definately consider taking the Lascannon/plasma. What is the general consensus on Librarian Physic Powers? I know Jaws is considered great or even OP at time ( Sorry Carnifex ) but what about Storm Caller? Would it be more beneficial to take a longer range offensive power or should I keep the 5+ cover save?

The Rune priest in Terminator armour cant ride that drop pod with those grey hunters - space wolves drop pods only hold 10 models in standard armour (or 5 terminators). You will have to cut that squad down to 8 men for him to go with them wearing terminator armour.

As underlined by Azala you'll need to give a ride at your Priest. By the way I don think you'll really need him on the Drop Pod. I don't think you'll need the drop pod at all honestly. Thinking about a just 1000 pts mech gunline, as SW still can do it better than almost every other codex around, I will advice you something like this: HQ - Rune Priest - Jaws of the World Wolf & Living Lightning - Chooser of the Slain. 110 TR - 9x Grey Hunters - Meltagun - MotW - Standard - Rhino. 200 TR - 5x Grey Hunters - Flamer. 75 TR - 5x Grey Hunters - Flamer. 75 HV - 6x Long Fangs - 5x Missile Launchers - TL HB Razorback. 180 HV - 6x Long Fangs - 5x Missile Launchers - TL HB Razorback. 180 HV - 6x Long Fangs - 5x Missile Launchers - TL HB Razorback. 180 Tot. 1000 pts flat. The 2 little Grey Hunters units with flamers will most likely start in reserves in all games, particulary with Dawn of War deployments when they will steal some empty TL HB Razorbacks (used the first turn to place fastly the Long Fangs) once entering on the table. With 18 missiels, Living Lightning, 1 meltagun and 2 flamers you'll be able to easily out-shot every enemy. Just vs heavy AV14 lists you will struggle but they're not particulary usual at these pts levels. The Priest, suited for shooting, will be able to cast from inside the Rhino. The HBs Razorbacks, even if of course less flavoured than the TL LAS or LAS/TL Plas versions are a very cheap and yet effective investment. Imho it will be thousends times better to invest on Long Fangs than AV11 one-weapon vehicles at this pts level. This is how I will play them at 1000 pts anyway but it's just ma taste.

Honestly, I'd keep the Twin-Linked Lascannons. May as well make every shot count and unless you are stationary you aren't firing both the Plasma Gun and the Lascannon (only Blood Angels get that luxury!). Space Wolves have plenty of anti-infantry, but not a lot of ranged anti-tank so you want to make sure to take them when you can and make sure they each count.
Jaws is overrated in my book, but still has its place. If your Rune Priest is going in the Drop Pod (as mentioned before, lose a Grey Hunter so he fits) it would be worth taking though. I'd also recommend either Murderous Hurricane or Fury of the Wolf Spirits if you are going to be that close. The first is excellent anti-horde, and if you roll high enough is even good against MEQ. 18 S3 shots is surprisingly deadly (just ask the Imperial Guard!). Fury of the Wolf Spirits is handy, you get a few high strength and a few low AP shots. Its excellent anti-MEQ.
If your Rune Priest is hanging back, bring Living Lightning. Its mandatory. 1-6 S7 shots with unlimited range at BS5 (cause you are taking Chooser of the Slain, right? Right?)? Yes please! And if he's hanging back, ditch the Terminator Armor and Meltabombs and Wolf Tail Talisman. But he should really be upfront so you can benefit from his 24" nullification zone.
Also, drop the Power Fists from the Grey Hunters. Power Weapon is okay, but leave the Fist at home. You don't want it on a 1 Attack model. If you want a Power Fist, spend the 3 points extra for the model and make him a Wolf Guard Pack Leader with a Combi-Melta (43 pts vs 40 pts).
If you can squeeze it, I'd get a Pod for the Dreadnought and for the Long Fangs. You can deploy the Long Fangs normally and hold their pod in reserve. Then on Turn 1 the Grey Hunters and Dreadnought can come in together.
