forge world now has scarab bases on sale on the "new stuff" section of website. this probally means no GW box set for them. if GW continues to nmake scarabs they will probally only come as add ons for warriors or maybe the spider kit when its released. 16 pounds for 3 bases... not great but not horrible either i suppose.

On one hand, it's a pound less than the Forge World Ripper Swarms, which are also three bases worth. On the other hand, the Ripper Swarms are huge piles of Rippers, while the Scarab Swarms are just four Scarabs per base. They look pretty good, but I think the Necron players are getting a bit of a raw deal on this one.

Forgeworlds ripper swarms are hard to top though. They look pretty fantastic.
