Has anyone else ever ordered from avatars of war? They have some really amazing looking miniatures and the reviews I've read and the YouTube comparisons seem pretty awesome.

However, it has been a month since i placed and paid for my order. I have received confirmation and a receipt with notice that I will be informed when products ship. It has been well past their claimed "up to two weeks" and every inquiry as to order progress is simply replied to with a confirmation of the receipt and another notice of "you will be informed when your order has shipped"

Has anyone else had dealings with this company? Is this normal? how long to they typically take to process an order... or is it time to start raising h*ll?

Did you try calling them? If you aren't getting the response you want from an email, then a simple phone call should seem the next step to me.
