Hello people.


I am thinking of making some conversions for my chaos army. I am going to make a blood slaughterer, a blight drone, and about three obliterators. Unfortunatly, I can't think of anything to do and was wondering if any of you guys out there had any inspiration, photos or ideas for those units.

What theme/look is your existing army? And what spare bits do you already have lots of? Do you like or hate plastic, metal or finecast? Can you do greenstuff?

I can greenstuff, i like plastic, I have quite alot of spawn/chaos/demon parts, the theme is nurgle. No finecast. Ever.

I prefer mechanical MIXED with organic to make demonicaly possessed machines of destruction. I prefer painting flesh, but don't mind metal.

Then get googling with those search terms and see what comes back

There are a lot of anime films with that kind of vibe certainly. After coming up with some ideas of how you want the thing to look, start trawling the GW archive to see what you could use as a base model and any other bits that could be added to get it closer to the image in your mind. GW makes enough models that you can get almost any shape you can imagine. You then just need to tinker the things together, adding GS where necessary. Make it your own!
