Does the new FAQ in the BRB make it to where you can't use a Psy. Hood if you are inside a vehicle? Sorry for the Vec. instead of putting vehicle.

Does the hood require line of sight?
If the answer is yes then you cannot use it due to the FAQ, if the answer is no then your fine. I don't have my codex with me at the moment but I believe at least the blood angles one does not require line of sight.

No Psychic Hood requires LOS, so you can use it if you are in a vehicle without issue.

It states that anything requiring LOS won't work inside a vehicle, unless they have a special rule stating otherwise.
As to if it's in a vec, I couldn't tell you, since I don't know what a vec is. Clearer posts please.

I think "vec" is suppose to be "vehicle", but i could be wrong.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. Comma's are important. Grakmar is correct. No Psychic Hood requires LOS Not 'No, Psychic Hood requires LOS' He is saying that there are not any Psychic Hood's that require LoS. You just simply have to be within range. So you can use it if you are in a vehicle without issue.
