If given the choice what guard regiment would you join and why

I'd join the Nymerian 121st deathstrike missile regiment. I'd be chilling out in my deathstrike, thousands of miles from the fighting, drinking beers and watching porn.

Then, suddenly, I'd get a call to fire the missile, at which point I'd push the big red button, crack open a fresh brewsky and return to the porn.

I would say death strike as well, I want to be as far away from dying as possible, which is surprising since every army I play is close combat oriented

DKoK artillery regiment. Like the deathstrike, but with more challenge. Comparatively.

There is an Imperial guard regiment in the book "Double Eagle"...and since their world has very little land mass...they are the ONLY fighter and bomber regiment of the IMPERIAL GUARD.

YES.

That's a tough one... Either Valhallan artillery or a Thunderbolt pilot. Valhallans get nice fuzzy warm greatcoats but being able to make a strafing run with less than a 1/36 chance of being hit regardless of the enemy's BS is quite nice (Forge World rules, not Apoc)
