1. Is Lady Malys immune to this?

2. Can a SW Rune Priest Nullify this power?

Thanks

If its a psychic power and the priest is within 24 inches, then yes on a 4+

Unless your power says otherwise.

Some debate on malys being immune.

I would say she is, as it is a power being used to instakill her, affecting her.

but i've seen it argued that the power affects the caster, not her, so it doesn't apply.

If only GW could write their rules clearly...

It can also be used to instakill things the user couldn't even affect Touch Much, no?

Isn't it a 'remove as a casualty' instead of an instant death inflicting?

It's removed from play, not ID or RFP as a casualty.

It is, but Lady Malys is immune to all psychic powers, that is why I ask.

She is immune, as it is a psychic power that removes her

I'd check the Inat. It's not always approved, but it does provide references so you can make a researched ruling.

The wording says that she is immune to the effects of psychic powers. So anyone cause shoot any psychic power at her, but it'll do nothing.

an archon/raketh can also discount the HS 'hit' with a clone field.

Has that been FAQed? Because there was a long involved discussion about it - and I think you're wrong.

No offical ruling on that one either

It can be argued equally validly either way.

For myself i'd rule it discounts the hit, but in a game where a ruling hadn't been made i'd be happy to roll off on it, as the rulebook faq suggests when two rules come into conflict.

There is no FAQ and the INAT has no place in YMDC. Now the thread about the Clone Field went for pages upon pages of people arguing back an forth before it got locked. This seems like it would fit under a simmilar category. Personally I think the DE would be safe both times. I don't use either Malys or Clonefields so I don't really have a dog in this fight.

The way I look at it is the effect the result of passing a psychic test? Yes then she is immune.

They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.
