We know pretty much all there is to know on Sicarius, and we know a fair bit about Agemman. My question to you, Dakka is thus; Do we know how the Ultramarine captains are armed fluff-wise?
And here's a little bonus question for you, how would you best represent them all on Tabletop?

1st Captain Agemann, Regent of Ultramar: ?/ It's kind of a toss up between Lysander and Kantor IMO.
2nd Captain Sicarius, Master of the Watch: He has his own model and rules.
3rd Captain Fabian, Master of the Arsenal: ?/?
4th Captain Idaeus, Master of the Fleet: ?/? (Possibly go for Uriel Ventris now?)
5th Captain Galenus, Master of the Marches: ?/?
6th Captain Epathus, Master of the Rites: ?/ Could use Khan, 6th are all trained in the use of bikes.
7th Captain Ixion, Chief Victualler: ?/?
8th Captain Numitor: ?/ Could use Shrike, he seems the obvious choice.
9th Captain Sinon: ?/?
10th Captain Antilochus, Master of the Recruits: ?/?

Obviously I'm going for fluffy load outs before how's the best way to represent them on the table, this includes the Chapter Master models, fluff before figures, unless it's a figure of that character.

My Marines are supposed to be the 5th co. and in my lists I write my Captain up as Captain Galenus.

4th company Captain is Ventris and we know a hell of a lot about him...

Does Galenus come up in the Ultramarines books?

There's some bits about the other captains during Chapter's Due...

4th company Captain is indeed Uriel Ventris.

Uriel Ventris is just Black Library.

Don't think 4th company captain has been named in the core-fluff.

I plan to use the following as representitives in my Blood Ravens (After the DoW storyline)

Chapter Master Raphael Xiphus AKA Marneus Calgar.
1st Captain Gabriel Angelos AKA Lysander. Because he has a hammer
2nd Captain Geronior AKA Sicarius.
3rd Captain Krikon AKA Pedro Kantor
4th Captain Drugerl AKA Vulkan Hestan
5th Captain Aramus. Generic Captain with Relic Blade, Combi melta, hellfire rounds, Artificer Armour, digital weapons.
6th Captain Humos AKA Korsarro Khan on bike.
7th Captain Farum. Generic TDA Captain with Power Fist and Chain fist.
8th Captain Thaddeus from DoW reassigned AKA Shrike.
9th Captain Nuemal. Generic with LC/PP on bike with hell fire rounds and artificer Armour.

EDIT: Typos.

If your trying to find out how to best protray these captians on the tabletop, Id go with something like this.

1st Company - Not sure if they have a model of agemann?
2nd Company - Captain Sicarius Model
3rd Company - Captian of the arsenal? Guessing he has more of a pull for better equipiment for himself. Id try Terminator armor with Thunder Hammer
4th Company - Uriel Ventris, has a power ("had" it broke I believe, but he had a new one forged) Id try power sword, and go into some nicly done detailed painting to make him stand out a bit more.
5th company - Googled it ^_^ 5th company captian had power weapon and bolt pistol.
6th company - COULD use Khan, or the citadel finecast peice of Sammael on the gamesworkshop page. Would be a cool way to portray the captian of the bike company.
7th Company - 7th company commander died in a war with the orks, the 7th new company commander is Captain Vash Thalion. He was attached to the 7th company as a scout as he started off, then was promoted and moved to the 3rd company. some sort of combi bolter weapon is what id do.
8th Company - Captian Shrike Model IMO is too well known and wont have its own...feel to it, people will see it and be like "oh captian Shrike" What I like to do, is go to Forgeworld and go to "Warhammer 40000" tab and click space marines.scroll down to Space marines infantry accessorys. under that tab go to the MK III space marine armor. The armor looks way different from the most commenly used and it will make your captian stand out alot more.
9th Company - The devistator company! Lots of heavy weapons lots of firepower, try to get a GK model's Halbred, power weapon. Thats a cool idea IMO.
10th company - Scout company, mind is drawing a blank for this one.

Again this is just My take on how to portray these captians.

I stand corrected.

yup, the 4th ed marine codex even had an excerpt from the Ultramarine Omnibus. It is definitly canon.

Uriel has a power sword and a bolter.

All I can say is that I think that the 10th company captain should be equipped lightly. Chainsword or a power weapon and a bolt pistol... or possibly a bolter.
