Draigowing lists with stormravens and paladins and possibly a librarian is a good choice of you are thinking of an competative and friendly list with a limited budget.
You can also go with Castellan Crowe and purfiers in rhino/razorback.Its going to cost more to build but is more competative than draigowing, But if you are doing a big list it will not stick to the fluff because there is only 40 purfiers in the galaxy.I will also recomend the Vindicare assasin killing landraiders and taking away saves is amazing the model is very nice.

draigo wing is your best bet, you can start with draigo and two box's of termies for a 1000pts army then just add another box and a libby for 1500 and finally another box and a vindi for 2000

I have both a Draigowing and a Crowe Purfier list, So I can decide which one to play depending on who I am fighting

Right boys I'm thinking
Draigo
5 paladins
5 paladins
(usual wound allocation shenanigans)
Vindi assassin
Dread knight
Weighs in at just over 1000 points. What should I add to bring it upto 1500?

5-10 more paladins would work well.

If you can scrounge up the bits, try and scratch build a librarian. at 1500 then throw in 2 more paladins and a soladin. (which handily enough you can do with one termy box just use all the extra tomes and glue them to the libby in a creative way )

When your wife suggests roleplay as a result of your table top gaming... life just seems right
I took my wife thru the BRB for fantasy and 40k, the first thing she said was "AWESOME"... codex: Chaos Daemons Nurgle..... to all those who says God aint real.... |

Really can have enough paladins ey?! Main driverfor this army is something that is easy to carry (and fairly cheap to build) so that I can take it to the office and then head straight to my lfgs after work....
Any suggestions on a paint scheme?

Well, fluff-wise you probably want to stick with the whole blue-tinged silver and white scheme Grey Knights are typically shown in; my Grey Knights are supposed to be personal devotees of a specific Inquisitor and thus use his green and silver scheme, but people tend to complain about it when I bring them out.

Sorry to go OT, but those people are pathetic. Its your army, you've bought it and taken the time to paint them, you can paint them pink with yellow spots if you want.
£120, you pretty much have to go for Paladins don't you... Silver, blue wash is probably the easiest scheme to do.
