Psychic Prisoner aboard a Black Ship

Space Wolves players might be interested to know that Raging Heroes are releasing a Cyberwolves pack and they are now available for preorder. They look massive and the riders' legs are already sculpted onto the wolves' bodies.

Main issue is they're far different'ly stylised than the cyberwolf riding special character. They're going to stick out, and not in a good way.

Yeah they're certainly cool looking, but they don't fit the 40k aesthetic in my humble opinion.

I don't think they are meant to.

I collect:
Grand alliance death (whole alliance)
Stormcast eternals
Slaves to Darkness - currently Nurgle but may expand to undivided.

I'm actually bummed that they aren't the size of regular wolves and on 40mm bases. Then they would be the perfect models to use as Fenrisian wolves.

I would say that that is a good thing. The wold canis is riding looks ridiculous.

Well, the finished version doesn't change my initial impression of these... They look like they would be right at home for something like Malifaux, but would look incredibly out of place in 40K.

The bodies are great; probably the best Thunderwolves out there. They look cybernetic and yet still strong without being fat
The heads, however, are a bit too cartoony. It seems to fit more along the lines of World of Warcraft or Warmahordes than 40k.

I'll take these over 3rd party bears, GW's "wolf", 3rd party wolves that look like badgers, and 3rd party wolves that just look terrible.
In fact, these look quite good. If 6th edition does not nerf thundercav to the ground I might honestly consider starting a space wolf army from these models' inspiration alone.

It must be a correct assessment if we all three agree though, HBMC.

I really like these wolve. They're not all fat and static. And I love that there are four different poses. I'd like to see some Space Wolf riders on them all painted up.
