Well that request is very... vague...
You have everything that is needed for a competitve list, is that the route you want to go? How many points? Tournament or friendly play?

One staple list would be farseer & Eldrad, 3 squads of dragons and 2 of avengers all in serpents + fire prisms.
Another, (less competitive i fear) but more interesting would be full-infantry, with eldrad + yriel , reappers, outfalnking scorpions and walkers; with mix of dragons and avengers going for mid-field.

Eldrad
Farseer More points you have to spare, add to him. Doom and perhaps mindwar as you have nothing that will really benefit from guide or fortune.
3 Waveserpents with 5 firedragons
4 Waveserpents with 5 direavengers
3 fireprisms
Serpents with EML or scatterlaser.
If you have points left, I would field the 10 spiders.

I would look into the nightspinner, with some outflanking dakka war walkers for your heavy support. I find that the fire prisms aren't worth the points.

I was going with what you had. You don't have enough to do foot dar proper but you have the makings of a good mechdar force. Now if you want, you could go 3 10 man DA groups instead of 4 minimums. You give up one waveserpent for the ability to really pick and choose a spot to dismount and really unload.

Eldrad
3x 5 Fire Dragons + Wave Serpent w/ Scatter Lasers
2x 5 Dire Avengers + Wave Serpent w/ Scatter Lasers
1x 5 Dire Avengers + Wave Serpent w/ Eldar Missile Launcher
1x 5 Dire Avengers + Wave Serpent w/ Bright Lance
3x Fire Prism w/ Holofields and Spirit Stones
It's rather cut and dry as far as tactics go. Eldrad goes in the DA serpent with the EML and hangs back with the Prisms. If you fully deploy on the board first turn Fortune two of the Dragon Serpents and Guide a Fire Prism. The Two Dragon Serpents full out straight at a vital enemy vehicle/MC with the 3rd Fire Serpent going toward an enemy flank. The two unguided prisms link and nail something while the guided prism uses it's small shot as a 60" lascannon.
The whole thing should be hugging your back board edge moving over 6" per turn except the Dragons. Don't expose your Serpent's rear armor and laugh as your opponent gets pissed because he can't do squat to them. Last turn two turns look at how much ground you need to cover for objectives and start moving into position with your DA serpents and contest with your remaining vehicles to include you neigh unkillable/unstopable Fire Prisms.
