I had read online that only the Blood Angels & the Grey Knights can take the sweet five letter word that starts with a b, would this be correct or have the rules changed anywhere that any chapter can use it now?

There was a rumor that every SM army was going to get the Stormraven added. That rumor is almost a year old now, and nothing ever came of it.

So, just BA and GK (at least, until the next SM army gets a new codex)

You know, I never really understood that. For all their money-grubbing methods, you'd have thought GW would come out with a White Dwarf article with a couple of pages that sticks the Stormraven into the FA slot of every Marine army, and probably the Sisters as well.

Not only would you have the players of the other 4 flavors of Marine buying a Stormraven (or multiple Chibihawks, for that matter) but you'd also expect that WD issue to sell like hotcakes.
