Hey!

I thought of an option to mark which vehicle has its quantum shield left so I made some quantum shields from plasticard. They fit to the flyer base, after first pen the shields are removed.

I also made some immortals. Teslas are from Maxmini, Gauss are converted from normal warrior weapons

Comments and questions welcome

First off, love your color scheme. Haven't seen anything like it. The weathering and chipping are very well done (not to mention the paintjobs themselves). Some of the models could use a little more "zazz" though. The Cryptek, for instance, looks a little too straight yellow...maybe do something different on the shoulderpads, loincloth, or faceplate to make them stand out more?

Also like the Warriortals. The extended spines are a nice, easy way to mark them as a step above standard Warriors.

Finally: great idea on the Quantum Shielding markers! I've been using a die, which gets a bit confusing when you add on other damage markers, wounds for the Overlord, etc, etc. I may have to do something similar to what you've shown here. Thanks for sharing!

Great innovation to make the shield templates and the color scheme on your necrons is awesome. Quite unique and you've achieved a wonderful shade of yellow.

I'm digging the Egyptian styled paint scheme; not an obvious choice. Good job!

Congratulations on a great idea that you've excecuted very well. Don't be surprised if you see some of the aftermarket companies trying to sell these very soon.

very lovely, the barges look a bit off without the crew imo, but its interesting as you dont see them without very often,

also please please please show us the bits and the hows to those tesla guns on the warriortals, they look almost steam-punkish, and theres a nice chainsaw handle on them too

Thank you guys for the kind comments!

@Porkandbeans
The Teslaguns are from Maxmini
http://www.maxmini.eu/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=12&products_id=156

Making an Immortal:

Cut of the warrior gun from the hand. Cut of the rear grip of the teslagun, glue the warrior hand/arm to the gun. Glue the left arm of the annihilation barge crew to the warrior. Glue it all together
The spine are made from green stuff and with this self made casting mold
