Hi guys,

probably a silly question, Hexwraiths are fast cavalry, so according to the main rule book can ALWAYS march, however, the army book says can only march if within 12" of the general?

Please don't say 4+ for it :-)

Can't march.
Fast cav can't always march either, they can be march blocked just like anyone else.
Fast cav can march and fire, which does hex wraiths no good.

As they are undead, they may only march if within 12" of the general. The Undead rule overrides the BRB

Nothing in the ethereal rules says always march.
You aren't slowed by terrain or special rules, or magical effects that slow.
Being march blocked, or being outside the 12" generals bubble doesn't reduce your 8" move; you're just not allowed to double it.
