Subject: Infiltrate question

Lesser Daemon of Chaos

I'm *sure* this has been answered or even FAQ'd, but being unable to find it on a search, here we go.
1) Chosen Chaos Space Marines have the Infiltrate special rule
2) They take a rhino
3) If this unit is deployed inside a transport, they cannot infiltrate
4) infiltrate also confers a special outflank move blah blah..
Q: Can I outflank with a unit of Chosen inside of a rhino?

Yes. You can outflank the chosen in their rhino.
Eldar can do it (outflank) with striking scorpions and wave serpents.
They have to come in IN the rhino if you want to outflank the rhino.

Units with Infiltrate don't lose the rule when they are deployed inside a transport; they just can't perform the act of infiltrating (p75). Since they still have the rule, they gain the Outflank rule, which is conferred to the dedicated transport they are deployed in (p94).

IG Stormtroopers can do the same thing with a Chimera. Eldar can do it as specified above. Chosen apparently can. Any others out there?

BA scouts can not take a LR as a Dedicated Transport.
They can not select a Dedicated Transport at all.
