I really like them both. What do you think?
It's for the entire army btw, not just Dire Avengers.

I chose silver/purple because I like purple and I liked the contrast with the gold pieces. I also have never been fond of blue/red combinations, although it does look more "Eldar" (Silver/purple/gold is encroaching on DE if you ask me).

However, I would say that it would need a bit more contrast on there, perhaps a coloured faceplate (purple maybe) and maybe pick out a few armour plates in different or complementary colours, and don't forget the eyes!. All up to you of course, and how fast you want to get things done

Oh and nice paint job

2, with the red. I like the contrast between the metallic blue, bright silver and the crimson red. Purple would be too close to the blue I think.

2 by far. Imho 1 looks very bland, not very eldar-like. Wheres 2 is boom! colour just like the random elegant rainbow pallete-ish eldar I know and love :3

Tough call. I also like them both. I do , however agree there needs to be another colour added to seperate , contrast or in other words really make the #2 model pop! Perhaps something simple , like making the arour's ovals white or cream coloured, as you had with test model 1 with the gold.
All in all, I like what you've choosen so far. Vehicles will be interesting...

I was partial to number 2 before, but after you switched it to the blue/purple I think that's right on the money for you mate. Lovely effect with that metallic blue, nice to not see a rainbow barrage of pastels on Eldar every now and then.

I prefer the silver and purple but I really like the photoshopped blue and purple. I think that looks exceptional.
