Ok I was planing on running my nob with power claw and a standard slugga to get the extra attack in close combat. I was told that I couldn't do that but I can't find it in the rule book or my codex. It just says that 2 close combat weapons gives you an extra attack. What am I missing?

Power Fists, Lightning Claws and Thunder Hammers don't allow an extra attack for an additional close combat weapon, unless it's another one of the same thing.

It's in the Assault section of the main rulebook.

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

Power Klaws use the rules for Power Fists.
Read the Power Fist entry on page 42. (bottom left)

The main rulebook as what you're missing.

You would need two power claws to get a bonus attack.

No.

You can only purchase a Powerklaw by trading in your Choppa.

Once it's traded away, you don't have another one to exchange.

The one exception is that Big Meks that take Mega Armour can still take a 2nd Power Klaw, as they trade their choppa for one, and get one with the Mega Armour.

Some armies will allow models with two powerfists, but Orks typically do not - it all depends on the wording of that specific unit and codex.

Ork pks got a bonus attack from sluggas in previous editions so it is probably edition creep for some ork people...

Not anymore!
