Very quickly explaining. I love red for reasons I can't fathom. Every model I own has sort of red on it bar the odd exception.

I play Behemoth scheme Nids, Blood Ravens SM and paint cloaks and weapon housing on my GK red.

Do you anything.like tjis. Colours you just can't get away from?

A friend of mine uses scab red on every one of his models. If the model itself isnt predominantly red then some detail is. It started out as a coincidence I think, and then he kind of made it his thing. For me its blue, every model does (or should/will) have blue on it somewhere.

im the same with shades of blue, im addicted x.x albeit with difficulty and some success moved away from it to gore red with my tau

I use random colors for each of my guardsmen's armor and guns. No two in the same squad have the same colors.

I love working with Teal and Turquoise, I try to work it on most models if it doesn't look insanely stupid.

Blue. It's one of the main reasons I play a mix of Novamarines and Ultramarines.

Black, because when I prime most of the work is already done!

I do seem to use turquoises, pinks, and purples a lot. Though it should be mentioned that having a Slaanesh and DE army makes pastel colours quite a common sight on my models. I also like to paint guns regardless of faction with a metal washed blue.

I like working with multiple shades of grey. Sometimes with a small amount of a vibrant colour.

The reason you like red, is a mental thing. We can see shades of red so we can find ripe fruit, so we are instinctually attracted to shades of red.

I like green. Green is good. All of my armies have included green.

I painted by Space Wolves red + black + grey because it's my favourite colour combinations and I like how it looks more than straight-up Space Wolves grey. In fact, I liked it so much I painted my Tyranids the same.

Magic blue. Ohhhhhh deeeeeeaaaaar laawwwwrd what an amazing colour to behold! I use it excessively on my retrobution and tau. :3

I like shades and tones, not colours.

Not black, not white. Grey.
Bright colours do not appeal to me.
I have no specific attachment to colours. I know which colours I do NOT like, but cannot tell you which ones I DO like.

(I loathe bright greens, all orange colours, yellows, pinks, reds. I have never liked them and probably never will.)

I love me some gray. Try and use it as much as possible on as many models as I can.

Currently it's green. I love the color of my Salamanders. But I am hoping to break out of that when I do my Tau.

I seem to be addicted to Citadel metallics now. Nary a model goes painted without something getting painted Dwarf Bronze or Boltgun Metal.

Although I've noticed that I also tend to be the same with blues. My Tau paint scheme is red and blue. I play Space Wolves (that's not gray, damn it), my original green Orks wear blue jeans, and I've got an entire squad painted with blue skin. I just love the look of blue.

I like blue and seem to put it into every scheme, though to allow it to not be repetitive it's sort of subtle at times.

I'm the same Deadshot. My Blood Angels are (obviously) red, so are my Tau and my 'Nid's are red flesh with purple carapace.

Only my Chaos (except Khorne) and second Marine army don't use red.

Must have something to do with the team I support......

Im the opposite when it comes to colors, the more varied the scheme (between armies only) the more I like it.

I would love to repaint up my Nids using Kellys yellow and black scheme but my Eldar Ulthwe are cream and black and I dont want them looking similar.

Im thiking a pinkish/white or red/white combo will go well against my other schemes (green/black Orks, blue Mordian and bluegrey SWs).

My Noise Marines have to have at least five colours on them, one of which can't be shared by any other, and one of which (Warlock Purple, I can't seem to find any Tentacle Pink) has to be on all of them.

Apart from that, the leader of a squad has to have silver, the second in command (I designate one even if he's got the same equipment as everyone else) gets bronze, everyone else gets black rims on their shoulder pads, and the ones with special equipment get the shoulder pad colours inverted (black centre, either purple or navy rims depending on the legion).

Red for me too... tau, khorne woc and blood angels. Was thinking of doing Exorcist marines, word bearers or world eaters! But now probably alpha legion to change colours

Almost all my armies have green. Dwarves and Lizards it's the primary colour, while 'Nids and Dark Eldar have it as a spot colour. For my Ogres, who's clothing varies in colour, green is one of the more common options. my Cygnar have green grass on their bases.

I really like the black/blue combination used in the Thokt dynasty. If I had any ambition I would order the blue rods, and switch.

I've always been drawn to schemes that have blue as a primary colour and something like red or orange as a contrasting secondary colour.

My new Dark Angels will be the first army I've painted that don't include blue in them!
