Might of the Titan and The Shrouding are probably the two best options.
Quicksilver is a maybe...a decent option if your librarian is going with a death star unit.
I've had some personal success with Warp Rift. An auto-hitting, auto-penetrating hit on any vehicle is pretty nice. Even with short range, a 33% chance of destroying a Land Raider on a passed psychic test is nice. It's also good against things like TWC, monstrous creatures, Nobs, etc...

Necrons and Orks especially should fear Warp Rift. If you take a lot of vehiclesvI.recommend taking Warp Stabilization Fields and summoning. If you run Lots of Paladins in stormravens, Shrouding is excellent. Flat Out the Raven from reserve and use.PoTMS and shrouding for a 3+ cover save and a gun.

Quicksilver is good against Eldar and DE if you haven't got halberds.

MOT is good too.

Smite is good for killing marines.

Vortex of Doom is good, but the negative effects and short range make it unappealing to some.

Dark Excommunication is worthless unless fighting chaos daemons. Never take unless you know you'll be playingCD.
Sanctuary is good against Orks, Nids, BA and other assaulty armies.

Might is always good. Everyone in your squad can now kill any vehicle in the game

Sanctuary can be very useful - means people cant g'tee those long range charges, and a bit of luck kills the squads powerfist, etc.

I have lots of fun with warp rift + mordrak - especially when Guard parking lots are about. DS next to them, you can cover 6 vehicles with a bit of effort (across corners) - you kill a vehicle 1/3 of the time, and worst you do is shake them. You can dramatically drop guards effectiveness for a turn, which may be all you need.

Shrouding if youre taking SR. As you measure fmor the hull, you can get 3 SR with a 3+ cover save each, firing TL MM to blow vehicles ready for the charge

Hmmmm how about if i deep strike him in with Might of Titan, Warp Rift, and Sanctuary and 5 Terminators?

You're risking a lot to bad scatter. Its why I take mordrak - no scatter, always first turn.

It would be cool if Ghost Knights could take a Teleport homer.

Doesn't Warp Rift take a -1 penalty on the vehicle damage chart due to it being AP– ?

Yep, but its still pretty good - shaken is very useful at reducing the volumes of incoming fire, and people see what hpapens when you Stun the right vehicle, right in the centre of ther formation so they cant actually move anywhere....

Sanctuary, Shrouding, Might of Titan and that might friends is all you need. Who needs warp rift when I have psycanons AND a squad of str 7 +2d6 vs vehicles with 2-3 10+2d6..

Quicksilver is useless since halberds go before almost anyone and those you'd need it against like banshees will reduce you to one anyway. Sanctuary handles gaunst etc making them I 1. Vs wyches you get your armor etc.

The enemy of my enemy is a bastard so lets kill him too.

You say halberds go before everyone yet many CC ubits are Int 6+ or have Lash Whips and other things. Abd what if you don't have halberds?

Lash whips and such would reduce quicksilver too since you have to use it in the movement phase so what good would it do you same goes for whip coils etc. As far as nids stuff you'd get armor, go first or reduce their I to 1 with psyk out.

Eldar outside of banshees aren't that bad in cc since the uber killy stuff like Avatar(is a daemon so goin at 1 and you have prefered enemy) or seer council again psykers so at 1.

Fiends go at 1. If they don't have grenades sanctuary is reducing them to I 1. I mean I can list tons of examples of how to go first and not need quicksilver but I know vs de like Vect, bloodbrides etc where quicksilver might be needed but if you aren't playing DE pretty easy to go first. If you don't have halberds you sure you're playing gk? Even henchman have DCA who are I 6. lol

Yes I am sure I am playing GK without halberds! Someone may prefer other NFWs to halberds! Like swords for keeping you 55pt model alive better, or Hammers or Falchions. PA GK may be armed with Heavy Weapons. Brotherhood Banners and Warding Staves?

Brotherhood banners don't go on power armor guys and if he has a staff then he' got a 2++ vs those big mean guys. lol Falchions are over priced. Paladins are typically fitted for wound allocations so yes they will have some non halberds but as the op asked about libby's we''l treat those pally's with one. Which again vs no grenades makes sanctuary make them go at 1. Vs I6 they will get armor outside of a few thngs like banshees, blood brides, etc. Banshees negate quicksilver and you don't build a list to face JUST blood brides.

If you are pagk with speacial weapons why didn't you shott before engaging cc? Plus purifiers in a squad of 10 have 4 psycanons, cheap halberds AND cf so swords are pointless since they don't do anything for pagk.

Argue and make weird statements when it's clear you haven't read the codex doesn't do much to further your pt as to why anyone would need quicksilver. Find a unit with higher then 6I with grenades, ignores armor, that doesnt have whipcoils(or equal) and then see if you actually have anything worth while to add.

The enemy of my enemy is a bastard so lets kill him too.

Personally I would always take: Shrouding, Sanctuary, Warp Rift and Might of Titan, they are all so useful when leading and protecting a squad.

Draigo: on taking Warp Rift. It's only 5 points and it has the potential to be really useful. Even if you never got to use it, just having that ability up your sleeve would be worth the 5 points to me.

Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee.
