The Adeptus Mechanicus are not, themselves, Space Marines, and so cannot have a "Successor Chapter". They do train and outfit the Tech-Marines of the Chapters, but do not, themselves, possess or own a Space Marine Chapter in the way the Inquisition (for example) does.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

The military arm of the adeptus mechanicus is the collegia titanica. The ad mech's titans are divided into colleges in the same way that the adeptus astartes are divided into chapters. They have their home planets and their traditions, rivalries, and uniforms, etc. There's more on lexicanum.

There are Chapters with close-ties to the Mechanicum but, as Psienesis & GreatGunz both say, no 'Adeptus Mechanicus' Chapters - big difference is that the Astartes are genetically modified super-humans whilst the Magos & Priests of the Mechanicus are humans often fitted with bionic implants, some to the point where they're more machine than human.

The main 'army' unit of the Mechanicus are the Skitarii, who are humans often with varying degrees of bionic augementation to enhance their capabilities in combat - this also includes drug injectors & weapons themselves.

pg 25 of the Vanilla Codex:

Praetor of Orpheus
"The technological lore od the Praetors of Orpheus is second only to that of the Adeptus Mechanicus. Man believe the two are tied by more than shared service in the Emperor's name."

There's also the Iron Hands, the have close ties with the Adeptus Mech

yeah i was thinking ov getting the iron hands spacemarines and giving them the ad mech dark red with black halved. thinking it would look cool and on the vehicles i would split them down the middle in a cog pattern that my friend used to paint.

If you're into robots n such Iron Hands are definitely the chapter for you. Then again a Skitarii IG army could be pretty cool. Lots of conversion opportunities there.

There are loads of rival Mechanicus factions, but that's a bit like the way the Inquisition has loads of different factions, not different 'chapters', like Marine Chapters.
