hey there are lots of people who will twll you not to mix up fasy and foot slogging, i am not one of those folks. iy is tricky to play a list like yours well, but practice practice practice and you could do well.

two issues:
1) drop the meks in the burnas and lootas (or replace them)
2) conside putting buzz xaws on the koptas

Just FYI, you may want to remove the point costs on all the individual upgrades. If I recall correctly that should not be done, just list the point total for each unit (including their upgrades).

For your list I would drop the Stormboyz, Looted Wagon, the Meks in the Burna/Lootas, the Burnas all together since a small squad won't do much and the Burna on the Big Mek.

Then I would split the Koptas into multiple squads since they are fairly easy to kill and give them Buzzsaws and just scout and turn 1 pop a transport or two.

Move the Big Shootas from your Slugga/Choppa Boyz to your Shoota Boyz since they are going to be shooting infantry anyways. Then move the Rokkits from the Shoota Boyz to your Slugga/Choppa Boyz. That way you are not forcing your Shoota Boyz which should be shooting at infantry to shoot at tanks just for the Rokkits. Also, don't have a Big Shoota and Rokkits in the same squad, use 2 of one or the other for the previously stated reason.

I would also drop the Trukk, not so much to keep the army at 1 speed (granted yes that is a reason as well since Orks don't work well attacking in waves) but because you have a high priority target (Squad of Nobz) in your only Trukk which is only AV10 and can be destroyed by bolter fire. It will happen and anyone that has played against Orks knows how much damage a Nob squad can do so they will definitely scrap them fast.

With all the saved points I would pick up more Lootas, more Boyz and definitely more Kans. 3 Kans in total will not do much for providing a cover save to all your Boyz/Nobz.

The list isn't too bad, dude. Only problem you have is the Kanz. They will lag behind the Battlewagons and will take time to reach the fight and in time will be picked off. You're best dropping them and getting more Battlewagons or else your single Battlewagon will be picked off.

I use some of the entries you are utilizing.
My list runs 2 x3 kans with scorchas. And a Battlewagon for my Burna Boyz. Firstly, it tends to run just about at the same speed, as the Kans are always running anyway. So they move between 7-12 a turn anyway pending terrain and such. My Wagon, as a result sometimes does get there a little ahead. That's ok to, because I dump the burnas into what needs to die infantry wise, and i'm not afraid to unload on a unit with lots of flame templates. Not many units survive to that many wounds / saves, sometimes its better to shoot and make sure they are taking saves vs diving in losing 3-4 to combat.

I use a unit of 10 sluggas with 1 PK Nob in a trukk. It works great. Reason, I reserve it. It is there for late game heroics. Flying 13 inches in on a waagh turn gives you a 13 inch move, 2 inch disembark, then d6 fleet, 6 inch charge. That's huge. I've used my unit to grab late objectives by using the trukk to eat a turn of shooting while the boyz hunker down behind it snagging a objective. It works. People forget about it. However, if you have points elsewhere, don't be afraid to use them. You may or may not need Ghaz. I don't use him as he doesn't really add anything to my army that another big ork unit with a Nob with PK cannot do.

You are gunna have to feel out your army. The previously mentioned points are all valid but it really boils down to what you can work with and what works well together for you. I personally run a battlewagon full of burnas with 3 trukk boyz squad and a full trukk of nobs all followed by a squad of 20 storm boyz with eavy armor and I have had serious success competition wise at 2k I add another full trukk of nobs and a 8 man biker squad

Or a 5 man deff kopta squad works like a charm and are super deadly with 3 buzz sawz can annihilate atleast two tanks or two full dev squads and still last the battle.

I've got to say, and this is purely personal preference, but I don't get kombi-rokkits. My thinking is, i get one shot, and chances are that shot will miss. I prefer just giving them TL or Kombi-Skorchas.

Like Mercer said, it isn't too bad. You can nit-pick little things here and there, but for a beginner army, fantastic, bro!

Honestly, an army like this will allow you to feel out what's going to work for you and what won't.

As far the format you asked about, it's acceptable.

Some people will say 19 boyz, 1 nob. Some 20, nob.....etc.

Personally, I do something like this:

160 - 20 boyz, nob upgrade w/PK, BP

No one ever asks for clarification......I'd say your format is fine unless people are asking! You could streamline it a bit....you don't need to say 19 x slugga and choppa, it's the default, so you really don't need to say it. You could say 19 choppa boyz, or 19 slugga boyz and we'll all understand. Honestly, I assume it's slugga/choppa UNLESS you say shoota boyz.
