So I have a full custom load out for all my Space Marine stuff, all the custom cut shapes for tanks troops and everything. I went this route because of how disappointed I was with the Sabol pluck foam...it always seemed to pull away form the corners and other than around the edges the foam was not attached at all, meaning that when i would try and maximize spaces and openings I often found the walls dividing cells to be weak and unstable.

Now I am considering getting another PACK 720 for my Warmachine stuff, and due to future expansion I am thinking about pluck foam just so I can expand, however I do not know what the quality is like of BF's pluck foam. Has any one had issues with it, does it pull away on the corners, do the dividing walls become unstable? I would love any feedback any has.

KR pick and pluck is much better than the battlefoam one for staying together and in place, the hard card case is also way more protective than the soft bag the battlefoam comes in. Never used sabol so can't compare with that. I think that the battlefoam is easier to get in the states than the Kaiser-Rushworth though. For marine tanks its maybe not a big issue.

The majority of my 40k stuff is in Battlefoam and I highly recommend it, most of what I use though is their custom cut. That being said I have used their pluck foam and I like it alot, it is much better then Sabol or Blu Foam in my opinion. KR which was mentioned before isn't a bad option, unfortunatly they don't make a standard pluckfoam layout, all of their different pluck options come in a crazy grid pattern thats a pain.
